Ingredients

Lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce (15ml)

Tomato juice (150ml)

Tabasco (to taste)

ml
2 pinches salt
+
ml
2 pinches pepper
+
ml
1 pinch cumin
+
ml

ml
Chilli flakes
+
ml
Rosemary

METHOD

  1. Rim a highball glass with lemon juice and dip into the chill flakes.
  2. Add HACIEN Tequila Blanco, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice, tabasco, salt, pepper, cumin and paprika to a shaker with cubed ice.
  3. Gently roll the drink (take the shaker and slowly turn over and over to lengthen and chill the drink).
  4. Strain the mixture into the highball glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and 3 skewered 🫒 .
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
