Bold, tangy, and unapologetically fiery, La Fresca Loco pairs juicy Hacien Summer Berries tequila with a citrus kick of lime and pink grapefruit. Balanced by sweet agave, warm pink peppercorn bitters, and a fiery ginger beer finish.

METHOD

  1. Add tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, agave syrup to cocktail glass and shake with ice
  2. Fine strain ingredients into a highball glass
  3. Add a dash of pink peppercorn bitters
  4. Top with ginger ale - we like it fiery!
